christmas traditions

The first Monday of Winter Break is our "pyjama and hot chocolate day". We wear pyjamas most of the day and watch as many holiday movies as we can while wrapping Christmas presents and sipping hot chocolate and eating "vanočka" Christmas bread.

On the docket for today's viewing is Jingle All The Way...a hilarious hit (sarcasm) when our glorious ex-governor was in his acting prime...

The Almost-All-Muppet Christmas Carol...the best Scrooge ever played by Michael Caine...

A seasonal favourite...Christmas Vacation...I have always loved Chevy Chase...

And no pyjama day would be complete without Home Alone. Marv and Harry are a part of our Christmas culture now.

Later today we will make ornaments out of hama beads and hang them on our tree.
Then we will go to the gym to get our blood pumping again.
