mexican night

Our theme for this month's get together with our friends was "Mexican Night". Everyone was charged with bringing a favourite mexican dish. We had enchiladas, guacamole, nachos, rice, fajitas, mango salad, salsa cornbread, and sopapillas.  One of our friends made cream puffs with mexican chocolate cream filling for dessert. Another friend came dressed in a serape and sombrero.

































 Dan played mariachi music all evening for atmosphere. We talked and ate and ate and ate...and there were still leftovers. Next month will be "Japanese Night"
