We work to feed our appetites;
   Meanwhile our souls go hungry.

Ecclesiastes 6:7

What do I desire? What do I chase after? What do I hunger for? Recognition or righteousness? Self-glorification or that which glorifies God? My worth lies not in what I accomplish but in His love for me. Simple, isn’t it? He loves me and desires to restore me, my broken state, refresh me because I am weary of striving and renew me so that I will be more like His son and less like me.
