Happy Easter

Day two of our retreat in Bavaria, near  Regen and about 20 km from Deggendorf (which Roxie continually mixes up and calls "Dingledorf"...sorry German-speaking people around the world). The weather is lovely on this fine Easter morning. Pussywillows are everywhere and frogs hopping by...it is serene and pastoral.

After a great message by our speaker, Ernst we had some singing. We sang my favourite Czech worship song "Hoden je Beránek". Here is a video of this song...not us singing, of course.

Then we went on a walk through the forest, across the wooden bridge.

We came back from our walk to find a make your own pizza bar set up so we made our pizzas and they were wood oven cooked in under 5 minutes. YUMMY!

Our tummies full, we sat down with Hans, Jane, Drahuš, Roxie, Dan and I, to play Phase 10. A card game that lasted us 4 evenings....
